Oral Presentation Exercise is an exercise in which the candidate is given basic information about a topic or problem(s) and allowed some time to prepare a presentation.  Role players or assessors may make up the audience and may interact with and/or ask questions of the candidate during and/or after the presentation is delivered, although such interaction is usually brief and very likely to consist only of follow-up questions.  The role players or assessors may represent subordinates, superiors, the media, or citizens.  However, there may be no role play component to the exercise, and there may be no questions asked of the candidate during or following his/her presentation (referred to as a “static” exercise).  The topic may be one of interest to the organization, it may be training oriented, or it may be tactical/operational.  This module includes 20 practice exercises and scenarios.

Each of our Assessment Center/Interview Training Modules include:

  • A PowerPoint slide presentation, along with Mr. Rockhill’s voice-over talking you through what you need to know, do, and say to prepare for and to excel in your test, structured oral interview, or assessment center.  This includes a detailed description of the exercises and techniques used by the consultant conducting your Assessment Center/Interview (if available) or detailed descriptions of our Universal products.
