In-Basket Exercise — Oral Presentation Response (may be called an "in-out box/basket") is an assessment center exercise with multiple issues based on forms, letters, e-mails, memos, notes, etc. typically found in an in-basket/box for the target position. In the presentation response version, candidates are asked to prepare and deliver an oral presentation of their responses/handling/delegation of the issues. This version is NOT the written response style of the exercise. This module includes 5 practice exercises.
