Description: Community/Citizen Meeting Presentation Exercise (may be called a "customer service" or "complaint" exercise) usually begins with a preparation phase in which the candidate reviews information about the problem(s) or complaint(s).  Candidate then makes an uninterrupted presentation to the “citizen/community members” on the topics/problems and the candidate’s proposed actions/solutions.  Following the presentation, the “citizen(s)/community members,” who are either trained role player(s) or assessor(s) acting as role players, ask questions of the candidate.  However, another possibility is that the presentation is given and there is no interaction with “community members” and no questions are asked (this is referred to as a “static” exercise).  There may be a written report/memo completed by the candidate following the meeting.  This module includes 7 practice exercises.
